In this role, you will be on the front line of the user experience. Wearing, and operating the same equipment life saving officers put on each morning. Your impact will be ensuring that every new feature update is rigorously tested, and existing operations are performing up to the specification; while creating a documentation source to meet internal audit standards, and enforcing the quality first mentality into every release.

Location: On-Site, Scottsdale HQ; with some travel expected between Phoenix locations (<25%).

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 96,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 184,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
